Dear listers, A friend of mine (Geoffrey White) who has helped me several times regarding my own research (natural father John Phillips) has been a lot more successfull with his own family tree, which seems to be missing one last branch - namely, the Welsh side. So I offered to post this on some Welsh lists. Here goes: He's looking for a Sarah Evans possibly born around 1813, perhaps in Wellington, Salops. She married William Bennett, born 1813 in Wellington and they had whom he thinks is their first child, William, in 1844, so they could have been married up to one day before the birth. The chances are that they were married much earlier, though and William was not the first child. (31 might have been a bit old to get married and have a first child.) Anybody out there recognise Sarah Evans, I think I've seen her name on a couple of messages, but was not searching for her then.
