Powell, a resident of Plymouth for the last twenty-seven years, died at his home in that place yesterday morning, of a complication of diseases, aged 58 years. Mr. Powell had a wide circle of acquaintances and in Plymouth where he spent so many years, he was universally respected. He was born in Defyneg, Breconshire, South Wales, and removed to Aberdare, Glamorganshire at the age of 21, where he was married to Miss Margaret Morgan in 1866. He came to this country in 1869, locating at Plymouth, where he has since resided. He was a prominent member of the Red Men and the K.G.E. The funeral will take place to-morrow afternoon at 2 o'clock, with interment in Shawnee Cemetery." Nancy Cook Pasadena, MD, USA
