To Our Welsh Friends Please accept my deep sympathy upon the passing of your Queen Mother whom, I suspect and regardless of nationalism, was revered throughout Britain just as she was much loved throughout the Commonwealth and all Christian nations. Know she was much loved in Canada and we shall always be mindful of her visits and her warm smile. It was my privilege to see her in High Park, Toronto, in 1939 shortly before the onset of WW II.
