Philip John Waters..birthdate/ unknown, father Evan Waters (occupation collier) married Alice Emily Skiffins born Oct. 18/1871 (Previously married to George Richard Ward). Philip and Alice lived in Maesteg, Wales....Any information pertaining to the Waters/Watters side of the family would be greatly appreciated.
