A copy of the document, is just that, a copy, which is probably typed or written out by some other person later on, and may therefore contain mistakes. As for example a marriage certificate and a copy of same for one of my rels. The copy circa 1919 said for one of the parties, born in Denbin, whereas the original certificate 1897 said Denbighshire, Wales. For the other party the copy said born in Scotland, but the original certificate said, born in Portland, Victoria. These are massive errors, yet they continuously occur. BE WARNED!
