JONES DEAD "Expires at His Home on Hillside Street at the Age of Seventy-eight "David M. Jones of 21 Hillside street died of pernicious anaemia at 9 o'clock on Saturday evening, aged 78 years. He has been a resident of this county for the last twenty-five years and on the Heights for the past twenty years. He was a faithful member of the First Welsh Congregational Church and was a deacon of this church for twenty years and of Mill Creek Congregational Church for five years. He was a native of Cymer Glyncorrwg, Wales, and emigrated with his family in 1870. He is survived by a wife, son and three daughters. His son, Rev. M.P. Jones, is a pastor at Kent, Ohio. One of the daughters is the wife of Rev. W.C. Jones of Cripple Creek, Colorado. The others are: Mrs. Gwilym Evans and Mrs. Henry Prichard of this city. "The funeral will take place on Thursday at 3 o'clock. Interment in Hollenback Cemetery. Rev. R. Lloyd Roberts will officiate, assisted by Rev. John F. Davies of Parsons.
