Williams, died yesterday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the home of her children in Edwardsville of a complication of diseases. The past few weeks she had suffered greatly, but shortly before she died her sufferings disappeared and the end came peacefully. She was 55 years old and was a daughter of Rev. William Mathews of Caerphilly and the niece of Rev. John Matthews, of Neath, Glamorganshire, South Wales. She is survived by four children - Sarah, Thomas, Margaret and David.
