Richards of 97 South Meade street died last night at 11:45 from the effects of an attack of pleurisy. Mr. Richards was 76 years of age, and was a native of South Wales, having been in America about twenty-six years. He is survived by six daughters and one son, as follows: Mrs. Lewis R. Thomas of Wilkes-Barre; Mrs. Owen Hughes, Miss Miriam Richards of Wilkes-Barre; Mrs. Harry G. Medway, Buffalo, N.Y.; Mrs. Rev.
