Waldrop             1.. papa > Me... > Re: Paul's email Dear Sandra,       It appears to me that you have left out a generation.  Shouldn't Ezekiel be the son of John and father of Benjamin?     I always leave it up to my Family Tree Maker program to tell me the proper kinship relationships.  According to FTM, and including Ezekiel Waldrop in your descent, it tells me you are John's five-greats granddaughter.  Does that work for you?     My data show NO son Benjamin for John Waldrop, neither by Tabitha nor by Millicent.  And a Benjamin is not mentioned in John's will.  Please bear in mind that, except for a few documents, I have no special expertise on the Waldrop line.  I could very well be mistaken.               Paul

Sandra, I believe that Paul is correct and your missing a generation. That explains why I never could find your Waldrops with mine. Now this makes sense.
