    2. Paul C. Palmer
    3. Dear Jan, This is NOT Jean but Paul (pcpalmer@gvtc.com). Jean (Mrs. Marvin Palmer) is my 3rd cousin by marriage. I had a brief correspondence with you in the past. Jean probably introduced us when you were both involved in sorting out the John Waldrop will to establish the fact that Ann and Elizabeth were NOT one person, but sisters. I lost some of my Waldrop/Parrish files when my hard drive was erased by a hacker in October 2001. When Sandra wrote for a copy of the John Waldrop will transcription, she thought she was his descendant, but, if so, the line of descent she gave clearly left out a generation. My response to her was obviously speculative. Given what information I had, it looked like a fairly good guess. Like a lot of genealogical speculations, it turned out to be incorrect. Thank goodness, it was nipped in the bud. Did you ever give me your line of descent from Luke Waldrop? Mine is: Luke, John, Ann (m. Jesse PALMER), Daniel Palmer, Jesse Palmer, Charles A. Palmer, Dewey C. Palmer, Paul C. Palmer (me, born 1935).
