    2. Hi Fred, So far, I've only seen you and me on this list. I don't know the exact answer to your question, but do know that sometimes the Corps of Engineers get involved when graves need relocating. Maybe, they can answer your question. Or, a cemetery? If I find out anything more definitive, I'll let you know.
