Milligan Funeral services for Thomas R. Milligan, 78, a retired railway employee and former Everett resident will be held at 3 o'clock tomorrow in the Wiggen & Sons Chapel. Cremation will follow. Mr. Milligan died in a hospital Wednesday. He had been in poor health a year. He and his wife, the former Mary Cole, observed their 54th wedding anniversary December 12. Mr. Milligan, born in Norham, Ontario, went to British Columbia in 1896. The Milligans were married in Revelstoke, British Columbia. Mr. Milligan worked for the Great Northern Railway about 28 years. He was tool agent 15 years at the railway's docks in Everett before his retirement in 1950, when he came to Seattle. Mr. Milligan, who resided at 6249 Sixth Avenue Northwest, was a member of the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees. Survivors besides his wife are two daughters, Mrs. Raymond Aldrich, Seattle and Mrs. Reginald Kidd, Burnaby, British Columbia; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
