Legate Rosary for Mrs. Helen M. Legate, 47 years old, of 7705 27th Avenue Northwest, will be said at 7:30 o'clock this evening in St. Alphonsus' Church. Requiem Mass will be said at 8"30 o'clock tomorrow forenoon in the same church with burial in Calvary by the Mittelstadt Mortuary. She died Thursday at her home, 7705 27th Avenue Northwest. Mrs. Legate, a native of Duluth, Minnesota, came to Seattle 45 years ago. She was the wife of Wesley S. Legate, a feed store operator.
