Mrs. Shaughnessy was born in Lawton, North Dakota on November 17, 1906. Survivors include her husband, James N., at the Auburn home; a son, Frank Henry Shaughnessy and a daughter, Janet Fay Mattnels, both of Auburn. Four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
