Fields, 77, of 3301 Beacon Avenue, an elevator operator in the County-City Building for many years, will be held at 1 o'clock tomorrow in Butterworth's Chapel. Burial will be in Pacific Lutheran. He died Tuesday. Mr. Fields known to hundreds of county and city employees as "Freddy," retired seven years ago after 25 years on the elevators. However, he continued to work on a part time basis on relief shifts. Mr. Fields was born in Butler, Pennsylvania. He came to Seattle 50 years ago. Survivors include his wife, Ethel and a half-sister, Mrs. Mildred Fogel, Butler, Pennsylvania. ***** The Seattle Times Thursday, December 8, 1960 Fields, Frederick T. of 3301 Beacon Avenue. Husband of Ethel Grace, Seattle; half-brother of Mrs. Mildred Fogel, Butler, Pennsylvania. Services at 1PM Friday, Butterworth's Chapel of Memories (parking are adjoining building).
