Carter, 1603 North 46th Street, will be at 11 o'clock tomorrow in the Bonney Watson Broadway Chapel with burial in Evergreen. She died unexpectedly Friday. Mrs. Carter went to Spokane from her native Canada. She moved to Seattle 30 years ago. Her husband, Dwight, died in 1943. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Abel Bolstad, Seattle and Mrs. Almeda C. Tansy, Spokane and three sisters, Mrs. Ida Staples, Mrs. Jeanne Whimster and Ruby Palmer and a brother, Alf Palmer, all in Canada.
