Young Dies On Seattle Street Seattle, April 3. Angus W. Young, long a citizen of Seattle, died suddenly about 8 o'clock last evening while out for a stroll. He was walking down Pine Street, presumably to his rooms in the Washington Apartments, when he was seen suddenly to fall at the corner of Pine and Bellevue Streets. He was taken to a nearby drug store, but died before the arrival of the police ambulance. In 1896 he was a candidate for the Republican nomination for Mayor of Settle, but was defeated by Frank Black by one vote. He afterwards served as Deputy County Clerk under M.M. Holmes.
