Cochrane Rosary for Edward L. Cochrane, 58, attorney, former leg (sic) pioneer King County family (sic), will be said at 7:30 tonight in the John Kalin Chapel. Requiem Mass will be said at 9 o'clock tomorrow in Our Lady Chapel, St. James' Cathedral. Burial will be in Calvary. Mr. Cochrane, known as Ned, died Friday in the St. Charles Hotel, his residence. He was born in O'Brien, the son of William and Katherine Cochrane, pioneers in the White River Valley. His father was the second Sheriff of King County, from 1885 to 1889. Mr. Cochrane was graduated from St. Martin's College, Notre Dame University and in 1925, from the University of Washington Law School. He practiced in Kent several years. Mr. Cochrane served in the House of Representatives in 1933 and the special session of 1933 to 1934. He was a member of the Democratic Party and the Washington State Bar Association. Survivors are a son, Edward L. Cochrane Jr. and a brother, John Cochrane, Kirkland. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
