Mr. Oleson was 69 years old and active in his business affairs. He was born in Trondhjem, Norway and came to Seattle in 1888. Mr. Oleson was admitted to the bar in January 1895 and was for years a member of the law firm of Willet and Oleson. IN 1919 he went into partnership with his son, Alfred C. Oleson. He was a member of the King County Bar Association, the Pioneer Association and the Sons of Norway. Mr. Oleson is survived by his widow, Polla S; four sons, Frank Jr., Alfred C. and Harold of Seattle and Thomas R. of Boston and one daughter, Mildred E. Oleson of Paris, France. He was a brother of Richard A. Oleson, Minneapolis, Minnesota; Alfred M. Olseon, Portland; Rangval Oleson, Omaha, Nebraska; Mrs. J.G. Johnson, Mrs. Camilla Oleson, Seattle; Mrs. E. Castberg, Mrs. E. Thompson and Miss Francisca Oleson, Omaha, Nebraska. ***** The Seattle Daily Times October 25, 1931 Deaths and Funerals Oleson. At 23 West Newell, October 22, 1931, Frank Oleson, aged 69 years, beloved husband of Mrs. Polla S. Oleson, father of Alfred C., Harold E., Frank Oleson Jr., Seattle; Thomas R. Oleson, Boston, Massachusetts; Mildred E. Oleson, Paris, France. Brother of Richard A. Oleson, Minneapolis, Minnesota; Alfred M. Olseon, Portland; Rangval Oleson, Omaha, Nebraska; Mrs. J.G. Johnson, Mrs. Camilla Oleson, Seattle; Mrs. E. Castberg, Mrs. E. Thompson, Miss Francisca Oleson, Omaha, Nebraska. Member of Washington Bar Association, Sons of Norway, Pioneers Association, Norwegian Singing Society and Immanual Lutheran Church. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 3PM from the new mortuary chapel of Arthur A. Wright & Son, Sixth Avenue West and Queen Anne Boulevard. Cremation. ***** The Seattle Daily Times Thursday, May 6, 1937 Mrs. Frank Oleson Mrs. Poola (sic) Strom Oleson, widow of Frank Oleson, pioneer Seattle attorney, died today in her home, 23 West Newell Street. She had been ill three years. Funeral services will be held at 4:40 o'clock Saturday at the Bonney Watson Funeral Parlors. Mrs. Oleson, 75 years old, moved to Seattle in 1888 from Omaha. She was active in the Immanuel Lutheran Church and the Norwegian Hospital Association. Surviving are a daughter, Miss Mildred E.
