Leedy, 71 Funeral services for Harold Drelle Leedy, 71, of 4512 Phinney Avenue North, who died Saturday in a hospital, will be at 4 o'clock tomorrow in the Howden-Kennedy Chapel with private cremation following. A native of Robinson, Kansas, Mr. Leedy moved here in 1911. He retired in 1946 after many years as an automobile salesman. He operated Leedy Motors, used cars. He was a graduate of Lincoln High school and attended the University of Washington. He was a veteran of the First World War and a member of the American Legion. Surviving are his wife, Adeline K.; three daughters, Mrs. Robert B. Jackson, Mercer Island, Mrs. Gordon H. Cheadle, Seattle and Mrs. Jacqueline Jellen, San Rafael, California and two sisters, Mrs. Bryan Fotheringham, Seattle and Mrs. Cecil Jordan, Boise, Idaho. ========== The Seattle Times Monday, September 12, 1966 Page 18, Column 3 Deaths, Funerals Leedy, Harold Drelle, September 10, of 4512 Phinney Avenue North, age 71 years. Also, survived by eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Member of Roosevelt Post No. 11, American Legion. Services Tuesday, 4PM Chapel of Howden-Kennedy Funeral Home of West Seattle.
