Those who prefer may donate to Heart Fund. ========== The Seattle Times Wednesday, August 20, 1980 Page F21, Column 2 Deaths And Funerals (paid notices) Elizabeth Phelps Private funeral services have been held for Mrs. Elizabeth (Betty) T. Phelps, 81, of Mill Valley. She died on Friday, after a long illness in a local convalescent hospital. A native of Chicago, she spent all of her adult life in Seattle, until moving to San Rafael in 1967. She had been a sales clerk for about 30 years at the Bon Marche in Seattle. Her late husband, Vear E. Phelps, died on July 25. She was a member of Aloha Chapter No. 116, O.E.S. She is survived by a son, Edward L. Windsor, Navuto; two brothers, Max Heuschele and Henry Heuschele, both of Seattle. Six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Arrangements were handled by Russell and Gooch Funeral Chapel in Mill Valley. The family prefers memorial gifts to the Masonic or Eastern Star Homes. Burial will be in Seattle.
