I wonder if you could tell me exactly how Julia Harding, who is supposedly a grandchild of Col. Morgan, comes in. Who were her parents? You perhaps recall Julia read a paper about Col. Morgan to the Washington Co. Historical Society in May 1904. This article was subsequently published in the Washington Co. Pa. Observer May 21, 1904.
