Johnson Marilyn Eileen Johnson, 78, died July 7, 2006, at her Lincoln City home. Donations in her memory may be made to a hospice program of your choice. Pacific View Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements. She was born April 29, 1928, in Emmett, Idaho, to Inez and Eugene Brown. She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary of Issaquah, Wash., serving as its secretary for more than 25 years. After living in Bellevue, Wash., for more than 40 years, Mrs. Johnson moved to Lincoln City approximately three years ago. She enjoyed reading and crocheting. Preceding her in death were parents and sister, Marjorie V. Campbell. Survivors include: sons, Thomas E. Johnson and Hans W. Johnson, of Issaquah, Wash., and Alfred C. Johnson (wife, Lori), of Phoenix, Ariz.; daughters, Darlene M. Steffens (husband, Douglas), of Lincoln City, and Michele R. Mangiantini (husband, Dean), of Port Angeles, Wash.; brother-in-law, Woodrow P. Campbell, of San Diego, Calif.; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
