I didn't catch the first posting, and my Simons connections aren't in King Co. But my brother-in-law Donald is a Simons, and I've found it an unusual spelling. He was born in SD; his father was born in MN, if I remember correctly. The family immigrated from Russia two generations before that. Ring any bells for anybody? Don is doing genealogy and would love to meet a new cousin, I am sure. He lived in So. CA for decades but is now back in SD.
