Hart, 62, a resident of Auburn for about 45 years, were held on Tuesday afternoon from the George W. Scott chapel. Death occurred Friday afternoon after a five-months’ illness at the family home southwest of the city. Rev. W. C. Gunn was in charge of the services with interment in Mountain View cemetery. Mr. Hart was a painter and had been active in the upbuilding of this community. He came here from Spring Valley, Minnesota, and was married to Aura Prosser. His birthplace was Plainview, Minnesota. He is survived by his widow, three sons, Harry D., Algona; William R., and Wynford, both of the ranch on route 3; and one daughter, Vivian D., at home.
