I'm an amateur genealogist, and I'm doing some research for my friend, Leah Ott. Leah was born in Lynnwood (abt 20 minutes from Kirkland), WA in 1975. She knows very little about her father, and enlisted my "services" to help find something about him and his family. He left when she was quite young, and the only things she knows about him are his name -- Richard Leroy Ott -- and date and place of birth (November 25, 1948, St. Petersburg, FL). Also, she says his mother's name was Ruby! Could this be YOUR Ruby -- Ruby and Chester Ott of Kirkland, WA, who had a son, Richard? If so, I would LOVE to hear from you!
