In the early evening hours of Monday December 1, an interested and interesting party gathered in the parlors of the Oregon house, 1516 ½ Front Street, to witness the solemnization of marriage between Mr. Perry L. Richey, a highly respected and thrifty farmer of Snohomish County, and Miss Janette R. Millar, of Seattle, Rev. John F. Damon officiating. Miss Millar was until recently a teacher of some of our county schools, and won for herself a host of warm friends and earnest well wishers. Mr. and Mrs. Richey left for a visit with relatives of the bride in Oregon Tuesday and upon their return will dwell at Haller City. Among the guests at the weeding were Mr. and Mrs. M. W. Willis, Mr. and Mrs. Bush, Mr. and Mrs. Eiston, Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Wilson, Mrs. King and daughter, Mrs. Ross and son, Miss Lizzie Cady, Captain Lewis Eldridge.
