    3. The address would be 5224 20th Ave N.E., Seattle, WA 98105. As you can see, the Seattle 5, Washington has expanded into a zip code. According to the King County Assessor Property report, the house, built in 1914, still exists. It is about I/2 mile north of the University of Washington and about I/2 mile east of Interstate 5. The house sits on a 4,100' lot (0.09 acre.) It is a one story house with a full basement. It is not a large house, having 1150 sq. ft. on the main floor and a full basement. From the property description, it has another "half floor" of 640 sq. ft. which I would guess is an attic since it is a one story house. In total, it is 2740 Sq. ft. It also has a 120 sq. ft. open porch. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 baths and a fireplace. It's current assessed value is about 362,000. which is about the going rate for older homes in that area. It is considered a duplex which I'm guessing means the basement is the second half of the duplex. This is an area rented by many students who attend the University and I suspect the entire house is being rented and the owner lives elsewhere.
