She was born Janurary 23, 1905, the third of 10 children, to John and Rose Corrigan in Elroy, Wisconsin. She married W.C.L. "Bill" Wiese January 27, 1940. She graduated from Holy Names Normal, attended Cheney College and the University of Washington. She taught school for 13 years in Washington and Idaho. Dorothy was preceded in death by her beloved husband in 1992, daughter-in-law Barbara Wiese, son-in-law Wayne Wilson and nine brothers and sisters. She is survived by daughters, Dorothy Wilson and Margaret Stone; sons, Bill Wiese and Mike Wiese, plus nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Dorothy had been active in Boy Scouts, Red Cross, United Way and various Catholic Church groups such as the Altar Society and the 50 Club. She enjoyed her family and homemaking. She was noted for her kindness to all and will be greatly missed. Donations may be made to a favorite charity. Eisenheim Dorothy D. Eisenheim Passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family on April 10, 2004. She was born on February 11, 1923 in Hermansville, Minnesota. and was the second oldest of 13 children. She married Harold Eisenheim on September 4, 1948 and they spent their honeymoon traveling to their new home in Seattle. Her family and Catholic faith sustained her throughout her lifetime. Dorothy and Harold raised seven children. She was a founding member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church. As a concerned parent of her children's spiritual and academic development, she sent all seven children to St. Matthew's Parochial School and Blanchet High School. She enjoyed attending all of her children and grandchildren's sports games and a multitude of other activities. She loved to travel to Michigan and Wisconsin to visit with her extensive family. She enjoyed a memorable trip to Israel with her sister Laurie. She loved to play cards with her wonderful friends. Her home was ! always filled with laughter and the sounds of children playing. After raising her children. Dorothy worked at Park Ridge Care Center and Fircrest School in Shoreline, retiring at the age of 76. She was a member of the Virginia Mason Foundation supporting diabetes research. Dorothy will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her generosity, caring for others, her sense of humor and her energetic spirit. She is survived by her husband, Harold and seven children. She was preceded in death by her son, Scott David, her beloved parents, four brothers and two sisters. Her family wishes to thank Virginia Mason Hospital for 55 years of care. The Shaw's became a family of 12 brothers and sisters, Leola, Arleigh, Sybil, Carrie, Tommy, Marty, Jimmy, Faye, Opal, Georgia, Jerald and Barbara. This group created some 50 plus nieces and nephews. Sybil married Albert Stanley 70 years ago in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Their first born, Ronald came into the world. For a short time the family lived in Minnesota and then Chicago, Illinois. Richard, their second son, was born in Chicago. In 1940 the Stanley's moved to Washington State. Their first residence was on Queen Anne Hill and then they moved to the Highline area. Sheryl and Lori were born in Renton completing the family. Later Issaquah because their home for some 35 years. In 2003 Sybil and Albert moved into the Foundation House in Federal Way, Washington. As a young woman, in Minnesota, Sybil worked as a nurse's aid and at Breezy Point Resort near Pequot Lakes. In Washington she worked for the Telephone Company in Burien with her sister Opal where they got the nicknames of Mert and Mag. Later she worked as a waitress at the Seattle Tacoma Airport. But her most dedicated job was as a homemaker. Sybil is survived by her beloved husband Albert, their children: Ronald and wife Margaret Stanley of Twin Falls, Idaho, Richard Stanley of Dash Point, Washington, Sheryl and husband Ron Johnson of Dash Point, Washington and daughter Lori and husband Tom Pederson of Hendricks, Minnesota. Also surviving is her brother Jerald Shaw and sister Barbara Blom and twelve grandchildren: Don Stanley, David Stanley, Julie Sullivan, Rich Johnson, Bryan Johnson, Chris Johnson, Melany Johnson, Matt Pederson, Mike Pederson, Mark Pederson, Mitch Pederson and Meritt Pederson and five great grandchildren: B.J. Stanley, Caitlin Stanley, Marissa Stanley, Sabrina Sullivan and Daniel Sullivan. Sybil was a life time learner. If you wanted to know anything about a name or particular incident you could always call Sybil. She carried the family memory.
