    1. Booth family
    2. John
    3. While I was visiting over Christmas in Seattle I visited the Hillcrest Burial Park in Kent and found the following Booths. Does anyone know if they are of all one family/family line? A. A. Boooth 1865 - 1908 Claude Booth 1898 - 1937 These were all on one stone: Harry L. Booth 1900 - 1975 Lucy E. Booth 1907 - 1998 Clara DeJarlais 1889 - 1936 Dr. H. H. Booth 1899 - 1951 Marvel Booth 1906- 1922 Mattie A. Booth 1868 - 1922 Ralph L. Booth 1936 - 1968 Baby Robert E. Booth 1919 - 1922 Tony E. Booth 1903 - 1973 William M. Booth 1890 - 1949 I did not have time to check for death records or Marriages of any of these and do believe they are all possibly in my family line. My resourses are very limited and would apprecate and information I can get on these people. I did find death certifacate #s on William M. #5543 died 23 Mar 1949, Tony E. # 90087 died 4 Feb 1973 and Harry L. #018443 died 17 Aug 1975. Found Mattie Booth on Washington Death Index at the Seattle Library: died 24 June 1922 but was unable to find obit. The family ran a dairy in the Spring Brook Precinct in King County. Any thing anyone can obtain for me would be greatly appreciated as I will proably never make the trip back out there again. John Sowers in Lawrence, KS researching Sowers, John, Miller, Booth. I'm an amateur genealogist, and I'm doing some research for my friend, Leah Ott. Leah was born in Lynnwood (abt 20 minutes from Kirkland), WA in 1975. She knows very little about her father, and enlisted my "services" to help find something about him and his family. He left when she was quite young, and the only things she knows about him are his name -- Richard Leroy Ott -- and date and place of birth (November 25, 1948, St. Petersburg, FL). Also, she says his mother's name was Ruby! Could this be YOUR Ruby -- Ruby and Chester Ott of Kirkland, WA, who had a son, Richard? If so, I would LOVE to hear from you! Thanks in advance for your reply! Kind Regards, Cally P.S. You can reply directly if you like: callyelofson@hotmail.com

Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/pBC.2ACE/4068.1 Message Board Post: Hello - I found that Winnifred was born 8 Sept 1886 in Portland. Her parents were Alfred Brockwell and Emma or Emily Louisa Carter Brockwell. In the 1900 US Census for Multnomah Co Winnifred has a sister, Louisa E. born Feb 1890 and a brother, Lester A. born Dec1895. They lived on E. Mill Street and the Brockwells had been married 16 years. On One World Tree I found Emma Louisa Carter was born 27 July 1864 in Portland. and died 19 Dec 1937. Alfred was born in England Dec 1857. They were married in 1910 in Portland. Emma Carter's father was Wm. Davis Carter b. 8 Sept 1828 in Barre VT. Mother was Louisa Ann Uzafovage b.19 May 1840 in Louisville, KY. Louisa Uzafovage's parents were Anna Louisa Taylor from St. Petersburg Russia and Joseph Carol Poniatowski from Poland. Wm Davis Carters family came to VT from MA. Lastly, Helen Martha Feht married Wilber Painter and had three children: Cristi, J. Scott, and Steven. Now, most of this information came from One World Tree and source info is not listed, but what information I found in the 1900 Census did correspond to the infor found on OWT. the person who submitted the information was "unknown". Sorry. Joyce
