It appears the book you are referencing is a Masters' thesis written in 1994 by Christine Elizabeth Carr, "The Seattle Houses of Ellsworth Storey: Frames and Patterns." Is this correct? If so, two of the three copies are in closed stacks (Architecture Library and Thesis Archives) and the third is in the Pacific Northwest Collection, which is presently closed for quarter break. If, however, it's the correct volume, send me a private e-mail and we'll work out some details (I need to pay a visit up there anyway).
