I have a Bert on the tree from Scranton. Do you have any names of sibs or his parents? The date of birth I have however is late 1890's. Of course, some families repeat names with each generation. I believe I have a copy of his death certificate (b. 1914 and d. 1974). Your entry is old-hope you are still involved and hope this is a connection.
