I think he was your fathers brother. During my research I found out that my father had a brother named Eddie (I think middle name was Will) Wagstaff. John A Wagstaff Jr. moved to Philadelphia I think in the 30's and had my dad (along with 10 other kids)Larry E. Wagstaff.
