She was born on May 21, 1929 in Lancaster, OH (Fairfield County) a daughter of the late Harold and Isabelle (McMahon) Wagstaff. Marcella is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Emery V. (Rose) Altman Jr.; daughter and son-in-law, Diane Altman and Ralph Hayashida, daughter, Donna Murphy and daughter and son-in-law, Carol Disbennet and Ralph Alfred; ten grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Emery V. Altman Sr. in 2001; and two brothers, Donald and Robert Wagstaff. A Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
