i am able to access the driving records in texas, florida,iowa, idaho, minnesota, mississippi, ohio and wisconsin. if you have possible LIVING family in these areas> read on. these are the rules: you must be looking for a "living relative" i MUST have a complete name (first and last) and if you can furnish a dob, even the better. a middle name or initial will help as well.
