Hansen who lived in the Grays Harbor area about 1925 to 1930 or so. There was a very large fire in the Quinault Indian reservation area where he owned the Hansen Cedar Products Co., which was burnt up during such fire. What year was the "Quinault Burn"? Thomas Hansen was born abt 1887 in the Washington area. He married Sadie Lou (Morrison) Hansen. They had 3 children: Ethel Maye, Claude Harold,Hazel Violet Pearl and Thomas Earl. She was born circa 1895 in Montesano, Chehalis County (now Greys Harbor County) Washington to Fulmer and Ida Moore, maiden name unknown. Mamie's parents shortly thereafter separated and her father Fulmer provided for her in his will. Her father died in 1908 and Mamie then came under the guardianship of Charles Leavitt and his wife Elizabeth J. Garrison. Charles Leavitt provided for her attendence at the St. Rose Academy in Aberdeen. After this, I cannot find her anywhere. Whatever happened to my first cousin, twice removed, 'Mamie'? They were Mary and Allore. Bessie was born in 1888 in Michigan, the daughter of Dr. George Woodard and Ethel Bolton. She had a sister, Ruth Woodard (Mrs.Earl) Hastings who was living in Chicago in 1910 and was born in 1892. Dr. Woodard was born in New York as were his parents, Richard (Robert) Woodard and Amanda. He was practicing in Brutus, Emmit County, Michigan in 1892 and was living in Fife Lake, Grand Traverse County, with his parents in 1880. He was twenty years old and attending school. Bessie Woodard Sampson was raised by her great Aunt and Uncle, Alex and Mary Jane Campbell and lived in Kalkaska County, Michigan while growing up. Ruth Woodard Hastings had a son Clyde Hastings born in Chicago in 1910. Some of the Woodard relatives, I believe, lived in Charlevoix or Cheboygan Counties. They also moved to Aberdeen around 1910. But the most important to me is my Hutchinson line. I have been trying to locate information on my great grandfather Grant C. Hutchinson. Grant married 1 May 1892 in Kelso, Cowlits Co, Wa to Eliza Jantzen. They had three boys in Kelso. Harry 1893, Arthur 1895 and Oliver 1897. In abt 1900 they moved to Satsop, Grays Harbor, WA where Grant was a schoolteacher. Grant was also a scholteacher in Kelso. Eliza divorced Grant and remarried in 1908 to Irvin Urquhart. I was told that Grant and Eliza divorced, I have no proo as of yet. BUT Grant became lost to the family after this. In 8 years I haven't been able to locate where or when Grant died, or where he maybe buried. I don't know who his parents or siblings may be. I would like very much to locate some info on my great grandfather. Harry first married Bessie Divine and had one daughter Ethel Mae in OR. Bessie divorced Harry in 1921 and Harry remarried to a Laura. Harry died in Oct 1923. I would like very much to learn more abt Laura. The 1924 Polk directory listed her as working in the Broadway pharmacy. BUT what happened to her, who was she? What was her maiden name?Harry is buried at Oddfellows in Elma. Arthur married Lula (Lola) Chalmers in 1919 in Montesano, Grays Harbor, WA. They had 7 children, #& was my father. Arthur is buried at Satsop cemetery with some of his children and his mother Eliza Urquhart. Oliver died at a young age and is buried at Oddfellows cemetery at Elma. Lola's family names were Chalmers and Endicotts. Our Chalmers came from Scotland, via WI. Our Endicotts also came from WI. Chalmers: John B Chalmers was married to Elvira Dewey and they had 5 children. Eva, Ida, Edward my great grandfather who married Nellie ENDICOTT,Oscar and Maude. John, Elvira and Eva are buried at Oddfellows cemetery in Elma. Nellie Endicott's parents were James M ENDICOTT and his second wife Jenny Smith. They had Lura who married Orvel Smith in Elma, Mattie who married Joseph Warl in Elma, Mary who married Orris Parrish, Nellie my gr grandmother who married Edward CHALMERS and J. Vernon who married Bessie Parrish. James M. Endicott was first married to Mary Burrington in WI and had son Charles Alphus Endicott. J. Vernon Endicott and father James is buried at Satsop cemetery. I have CHALMERS buried in Montesano at Wynoochee cemetery as well. I have Chalmers married to FOXWELL, SMITH and GLENNS. I am related to the Harners and Hutchinsons in Montesano...
