She was a daughter of Moses Wages and Rebecca Smallwood Moses was born in 1794 in South Carolina, but Rebecca was born in Morgan Co. KY. It appears that your Eliza Wages was born about 1811, so maybe it is possible that the 1823 Eliza is a niece of your Eliza? Not sure, but thought I'd pass this on to you.
