I have George Washington Wages born 1843 in SC in my tree. He married Sallie C ?, born 1846 in SC, about 1866. They had two children born in SC, then came to west TN late 1869 or early 1870. They had three more children. George is buried in Shiloh Cemetery Tipton Co., TN. I assume Sallie is there also, but no stone for her. George is a son of John S. Sr, & Lucretia Corder (some say Beasley) Wages. I also have S.C. (Sombeski Combest) Roberts married Sarah Wages 1875 in Tipton, Co., TN S.C. is a son of William & Jane Halsette (not sure of the spelling) Roberts of Chester SC. A grandson of William & Mary Polly Wages Roberts. I will share any info I have. I am in the Wages family. I would like any info on either family. Thanks Sue susieqmade@aol.com
