Hello, I have been researching the Wade Family for some time and have traced some of the family members to the Preble, Darke Counties in Ohio. John Wade and his wife (first name unknown, Harden) had nine known children; Nancy (married to Thomas Gray), Mary Martha "Patsy" ( married to Robert Harding), Joseph (married to Barbara Jordan), John Junior (married to Martha "Patsy" Owens), Greenbury (married to Polly Smith), Drusilla (married to Henry Bozworth), Sophia (married to Evan Watkins, Jr.), Sarah (married to James Owens) and William. They all lived in West Augusta District prior to 1789. John Wade and family members moved to Nelson County, VA (later became KY).
