This is a very long document that is in very poor condition. So I will list only the significant parities mentioned in the suit. It appears that Obadiah's son Thomas died prior to his father which lead to a suit regarding Obadiah's first will in which he inherited property. Since he died before his father the property should not have come to him. Like I said it is a very long legally drawn out record, but it does give an idea of who Obadiah's children and grandchildren were. All grandchildren mentioned are listed as being "not of age." I assume this means under the age of 21. Thomas W. WADE- son (deceased) Nancy Wade and Cynthia Wade- Thomas's daughters Henry G. WADE- son (deceased) Eliza Ann Wade and Harriett H.
