Listed on the John Wade will of 1820 are his children: Richard, Bashasa Wingfield, Rebecah Wood, John, Jamina Garres, Delilah Edwards, Tabitha Davis, Polly Edwards and William. Grand children listed: Peter F. Wade, John S. Wade, Mary Jane Giles, John W. Wade, Rebecah W. Wade, William J. Wade, Arthur W. Wade, William Wood and Dolly H. Wood. There is no mention of a wife. I have tried to connect this to my John Wade who married Esther (Easter) Johns. As yet, I have not been able to make the connection.
