I am trying to find the ancesters of Will Hampton (I have also heard Harrison) Wade b june 17 1897 in Mobile,AL.Will married Sally Hester Harris in Rock Hill,SC.They were the parents of Horace Gary Wade and William Perry Wade.The names Hampton ,Harrison and Baxter were used in later generations as middle names This is my ex husbands family and our children wanted me to see what I could find out about his ancesters.We also have a new grandaughter and I think it is important for her to know about as much of her family as possible. With the use of the name Hampton I would assume that these Wades are in the line of Edward Wade that married Elizabeth Hampton....but where???? ANY help would be much appreciated. Thanks.April
