Will Book 3 page 160 Barren County, Kentucky I OBADIAH WADE of Barren County and state of Kentucky do hereby make and ordain this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking every will by me at any time heretofore made. First it is my will and desire that all the estate of every kind of which I may die possessed be held and enjoyed forever by my son FIELDING T. WADE to him and his heirs forever. Secondly. It is my will that my executor hereinafter names in case the suit I have now depending in the Barren circuit court against the executor of my son THOMAS W. WADE shall not be decided before my death, _______ suit ________ it to a final termination and in case the same be successfully determined it is my will that the property now in controversy in that suit be equally divided amongst my surviving children and their descendants as it would pass by the statute of distribution of the state, and the first claim is be combined in that case to apply to the other property I have not named in said deed of gift to THOMAS W. WADE or which I have accumulated since the date of said deed of gift now in contest. Thirdly. It is my will that the negro woman Nooney now in my possession, if she survives me be free at my decease and that my executor give her on heifer calf or cow out of my stock, two coverlids (blue) and ten dollars in money and be taken care of as long as she lives by my son FIELDING T. WADE or someone that he may appoint for the purpose- I appoint FIELDING T. WADE my only surviving son and child executor to this my last will and testament and request that he be permitted to qualify as such without giving any security in the court.
