WADE, whose parents, WILLIAM D. WADE & GEORGIA A WHITE, married in Hall Co, GA, in 1869 (don't have exact date). Hi Linda, Thank you for looking. I'll check out the Edward P. but it is not likely the direct line I'm chasing because his parents m. 44 years after the event in 1825 I'm trying to tie down. I think the reason you could not find a Edward in Hall Co GA in 1825 is because there wasn't one living there. I think the Edward who witnessed the deed in 1825 Hall Co was really a resident of Pendleton Dist SC and was just visiting Hall Co. I think he is the Edward who m. Lucy BURFORD. This Edward was the brother of David WADE (m. Charity BURFORD) who was living in Hall Co GA in 1825. His wife Lucy was the dau. of Thomas BURFORD who also was living in Hall Co in 1825. Any thoughts on that possibility?
