Just type the word "Copyright" or the copyright symbol, then your name or company name, and "All Rights Reserved." For example, you might use "Copyright 1999, Widget Consulting Company, All Rights Reserved." To more firmly establish the date you created the work, you can send a copy to yourself by registered mail, then file away the unopened envelope and receipt.
