I have had many problems with them trying to access there census records as well as other information. When I enter my user name and password, a message comes up and says Ancestry.com does not excist. Of course it is because someone put a period in front of Ancestry.com. I have written three e-mail's to them about the problem, but they always tell me that I am entering my password and user name wrong and refuse to correct the problem. This has been going on for 6 months. Also, I have not received a Daily Newsletter for 7 days now, so wrote to them 3 days ago about the problem ad still no Newsletter or answer. One more thing, I have not received an Ancestry Magazine since April 1999, they wrote back and said they changed Editor's and I should receive my magazine's within 10 to 14 days, I received this message Aug 3, 1999 and still no Magazine's. I paid my $59.95 dues in March 1995 and have had much trouble accessing there website. I wish to hear from other people having this problem with them.
