Hi list I am seeking info about my maternal grandmother, Katherine J. (probably Jean) LINDSAY in Kelso, WA. My mother was Pansy (Pat) Ruth WILSON. She was born to John William WILSON and Katherine J. LINDSAY in Cannonball/Galen, ND in about 1912/1913 She married James Lynn WALTERS in Vancouver, WA in 1928/29. He went by the name of Lynn WALTERS, and was born in Canada in 1908. They both attended Kelso High School (1924/1928?). Lynn was a track star there, and won many ribbons for hurdle jumping. He worked at the local Safeway store. Lynn attended the 50th reunion of Kelso grads. My grandfather John and uncle Frank WILSON (He had very red, curly hair) had a local band during my mother's teen age years. I don't know if he went to Kelso High. Katherine died (1915?) when my mother was 3 years old. I am trying to find out where she died. My mother was sent to her maternal grandparents (LINDSAY) (don't know where they were located, or first names or maiden name), until she was 8 years old when she came back to her father by train.
