Phyllis, Hi to all. I kind of lost track of who's agreeing to do what I have to many messages in my E-mail. I'm on this a Choctaw list and lately there have been a 100 or more messages a day.... to many to go thru...this has been going on for about a week. I'll help where I can as the time gets closer but right now I'm up to my eyeballs in alligators. My concern at this point is if we are doing the budget and we go with a 'big name' speaker which I think is a good idea the budget will be different than If we do what we normally do i.e. having basically local/state speakers at the church. If we have a national type speaker we will probably need to seek out a larger location to accommodate a larger audience. I'm not sure of cost but all associated expenses will be typically greater. I don't have the board meeting notes in front of me so not sure who is on the budget committee except Jean and I think Trish was and I'm sure all these thoughts would come out from those two members but I wanted to make sure it was vocalized. Jean I'm sure has some data cost that will back up these thoughts. It's important to decide about the speaker NOW!
