It's time for a meeting of the annual Audit Committee. The Audit Committee performs an audit of the treasurer's (Jean Fisher) records annually and as may be needed. Three people appointed by the President before the May meeting comprise the committee. Audit is done as soon as possible after the closing of the fiscal year.
