Thanks for the note. This happened to my parents. They filled out the questionnaire until they got to the part where they ask for the credit card information. That's when my parents e-mailed AOL and they contacted him within minutes (via phone). It turns out the e-mail address is not AOL.com but aol.net. So it's something to keep in mind. Thanks again.
